Writing Hall of Fame
Summer reading was not something I was looking forward to; I mean, what kid would look forward to it? However- to my amazement- I very much enjoyed reading the summer books, especially The Book Thief. For my final, I wrote letters in "Death's" point of view to the protagonist, Liesel, for my final project.

The beautiful sound of music is something I hope I never let go of in my life. I expressed my love for music by writing a poem about playing the piano, and the joy it gives me.

When one is in an AP Literature and Composition class, writing papers using analysis becomes an everyday thing. It seeps into your blood stream. But, when the gracious teacher throws a curve ball and assigns a personal narrative, it calls for a celebration. My personal narrative used lots of visual imagery to describe my family's party on Christmas Eve, and my love for the Christmas season.

Not everything has to be a paper, right? In my video taking on the point of view of Gregor from The Metamorphosis, I put in scenes that emphasize the fact that Gregor's family still strongly dislikes him, and has always seen him as a pest.
